Dr. Francisco Giraldo

Cordobés, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1986 from the University of Córdoba and Doctor in Medicine and Surgery in 1994 from the University of Málaga. He was a resident doctor (MIR) of plastic surgery at the Carlos de Haya Hospital in Malaga ending 1992.

He has worked in the Andalusian public health system for 20 years since 2007, practicing his specialty in a private regime, his own practice in Malaga capital, and as Head of Service at the Vithas-Xanit hospital in Benalmádena, Malaga. He is responsible as first author for more than 50 publications in international journals of his specialty, particularly in the American journal of plastic surgeons “Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery” . This magazine is read monthly by all plastic surgeons in the world and is a sounding board for all the techniques and procedures that can be published in it. Some of the surgical techniques created by Dr. F. Giraldo are performed in many international hospitals. Currently, almost all of his daily practice is concentrated in the field of general aesthetic plastic surgery, but above all and in particular in face and neck rejuvenation surgery and breast remodeling surgeries, having extensive experience in breast augmentation by the armpit using endoscopic technology.
